How many sessions do I need?

What is Qest4 bioenergetic testing?
Qest4 is a non-invasive energetic scanning system that reads subtle electrical responses in the body to identify imbalances, stressors, and areas needing support.
How does it work?
Using a handheld device connected to software, Qest4 sends low-level energetic signals to the body and measures your responses. It helps reveal what is out of balance and which remedies (like herbs or emotional support) will be beneficial.
Can you do remote sessions?
Yes. Remote testing is done using a small hair and finger nail sample. Results are just as effective and personalized as in-person scans. All of our packages on our service page are designed to be 100% remote. This allows for total customizable wellness that works with your lifestyle. After purchase of a package, you will receive instructions on how to mail in your hair sample.
Is it safe?
Yes - It's completely non-invasive, painless, and safe for all ages. It simply reads the body's energetic responses. When taking the included Qest4 Remedy, you may notice some detoxing symptoms as your body works intentionally to restore balance.
I always recommend my clients begin with a low dose of their Remedy in the first few days to minimize these symptoms so that they are comfortable the whole process through.
What does it test for?
It can scan for energetic imbalances related to stress, emotions, organ systems, toxins, nutritional needs, energetic sensitives, and more - providing insight on where your body needs support.
Is it like medical testing?
No. Qest4 does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It reads energetic patters and helps guide natural, supportive solutions based on your body's own biofield.
What happens after my scan?
You'll receive a customized overview of your results along with a personalized wellness plan. Depending on the package you choose, this may include EFT sessions, a customized EFT sheet based on results from the Qest4 scan, herbal remedies, or lifestyle suggestions tailored to your unique needs.
How often should I get tested?
That depends on your goals. You will begin with the Package of your choice. Once you are onboarded as a client and have access to the portal, you can purchase additional add on sessions at a discount, following up monthly or seasonally to support ongoing balance and growth.

What are Herbal Tinctures?
Herbal tinctures are concentrated liquid extracts made with certified organic herbs in a blend of alcohol and water to capture their active properties. They offer a natural, effective way to support your body, energy, and emotions.
How do I take a tincture?
Use the included dropper to place 1 dropperful (1mL) in water or warm tea, 1-2 times daily, or as needed, unless otherwise directed. Shake well before use.
What if I'm sensitive to alcohol?
You can dilute your tincture in a small amount of hot water or tea and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. Most of the alcohol will evaporate, leaving the herbal benefits intact. If you are unable to consume alcohol, please reach out to us for other effective product recommendations.
Are they safe to use with other supplements or medications?
Many herbs are compatible with other wellness routines, but if you’re on medication, or managing a health condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider or booking a session for personalized guidance.
How are your blends made?
Each tincture is handcrafted in small batches using organic herbs, organic cane alcohol, and distilled water. The herbs are macerated (soaked) for 6 weeks to gently extract their full spectrum of active and energetic properties. Every blend is formulated with care, aligned energetically, and created with intention to support specific emotional, physical, and energetic needs.
How long does a bottle last?
A 1 oz tincture typically contains 30 servings, lasting about 2-4 weeks depending on dosage. If taken on an as needed basis, it will last significantly longer. See our Products page for bundle options so you don't run out of your favorite tinctures!
What are Essential Oil Roll-on's and how do I use them?
Our line of EO Roll-ons are an aromatherapy blend of essential oils in a base of carrier oil (generally Organic Fractionated Coconut oil or Organic Rose Hip oil). Apply to pulse points (wrists, temples, neck) for grounding, calming, or mood-boosting support throughout the day. See product label for more details.
Do you offer custom blends?
Yes! Our signature line includes six original herbal tincture blends designed to support a variety of wellness needs and are available year-round.

Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, all offerings are shipped directly to you as part of our fully virtual wellness packages.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Refunds on Products (For Returning Customers)
Because our herbal tinctures are consumable wellness products, we are unable to offer refunds on tinctures once they have been opened or used after your initial guaranteed purchase.
However, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Unopened tinctures may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
